Hazel Lene Green, 69 of Monticello, AR died Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello.  She was a native of Longview, AR, but a resident of Monticello. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Emmanuel and Emma Daniels Miller; two brothers, John Wayne and Leonard Dennis Miller; two sisters, Gladys Jean Miller and Patricia Arrington.  Hazel loved to travel, take long walks, and visit with her sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Donald Ray Miller of Monticello, AR and James Miller of Jonesboro, AR; two daughters, Gail Miller of Jacksonville, AR and Cherry Miller of Monticello, AR; three brothers, Nathan Miller of Crossett, AR, Mitchell Miller of Monticello, AR, and James Miller of Texarkana, AR; one sister, Diane Miller of Monticello,AR, six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Olive A.M.E. church in Lacy, AR with Rev. George Toney officiating.  Active pallbearers are Alfonzo Cobbs, Kyle Lowe, Fred Daniels, Mitchell Maxwell, Antonio Daniels, Drake Lowe, Alex Ingram,and Laron White. Honorary pallbearers are Mitchell Miller, James Miller, Nathan Miller, La'Donte Miller, Justin Maxwell, and Rickey Moore.  Visitation is Friday, March 6, 2020 from 5:30-6:30 P.M.  Burial in Mt. Pelium Cemetery in Longview, AR.
