Mrs. Gracie Maude Harris, 78 of Hamburg, AR, died Saturday, June 7, 2014 at her residence. She was a native of Hamburg, a homemaker, and a member of Hollis Chapel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her husband Gary Rex Harris and her parents, Limmie & Lottie Ware Willis. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, growing flowers and reading. She was also very close to her family and loved spending time with them.

She is survived by three sons: Russell Harris, wife Karen of Monroe, LA, Randal Harris & Rayland Whitehead both of Hamburg, AR, one daughter, Sandi Whitehead of Hamburg, AR, one sister, Charlene Doss of Crossett, AR, eight grandchildren: Scott Harper (Crystal), Diana Harper, Jennifer Gaudet (Tim), Greg Harris, Raetchel Roush, Josh Whitehead, Allison Holland & Brooks Holland, seven great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, friends, and loved ones.

Funeral services are Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10:30 am at Hollis Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Dale Doss & Bro. Willis Doss, officiating. Active pallbearers are Scott Harper, Dakota Harper, Gregg Harris, Simon Pamplin, Jay Naff & L.J. Noble. Honorary pallbearers are Schaylar Jenkins & Brooks Holland. Burial in Hollis Chapel Memorial Gardens under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.

Viewing will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
