Mrs. Glennis A. Daniels, 80 of Lacey, AR, died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Drew County, a retired custodian for the Univ. of AR Monticello, and a member of Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Tommy Lee Daniels, one son, Roy Lee Daniels, one daughter, Patience Daniels, her mother Salina Dophine, two brothers: Robert & Lebron Daniel, five sisters: Mammie Turner, Relo Daniels, Fannie Burnett, Clara Bell Withers & Martha Stanley. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Golden Chapter 380, and was a faithful usher at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Mrs. Daniels enjoyed gardening, fishing and working in her flowers.

She is survived by one son, Tommy L. Daniels (Vanessa) of Monticello, AR, ten daughters: Geneva Vincent of Monticello, AR, Apostle Doctor Bernice Jones Cole (Eld. Samuel) of Kansas City, MO, Prophetess Gloria Ollison & Patricia Collins of Monticello, AR, Janestine Miller (Larry) of Lacey, AR, Minister Marilyn Huskisson Coker (Bert) of Springfield, MO, Gladys Bealer, Donna White (Tony), Minister Linda D. Baker& Yvonne S. Washington of Monticello, AR, one brother, Curley Daniels (Beulah) of Crossett, AR, one sister, Carolina Bankston of Crossett, AR, 24 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Holy Divine Spiritual Church with Rev. Jessie Washington, officiating. Pallbearers are Tony White, Samuel Baker, Randy Jefferson, David Huskisson, Jr., Donald Strothers, Billy Daniels, Darryll Bauknight, Jr. & Eddie Withers. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Daniels, Eld. Samuel Cole, Bert Coker, all grandsons, Randy Turner, Lawrence Daniel, Loman Daniels, Steve Bankston, John L. Daniels, Don Daniels. Burial in Lacey Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.

Visitation Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
