Obituary

Mr. Glen McCoy O'Fallon, 81 of Crossett died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at his home. He was a native of Monticello, AR, and a Crossett resident for the past 48 years. Mr. O'Fallon was a retired Welder for Georgia Pacific, a member of the Bontia Road Baptist Church in Bastrop, LA, and a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving during World War II.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Effie Mae Lloyd O'Fallon, four brothers, Curtis, Johnny, Ronnie, and Charles Earl "Pete" O'Fallon , one sister Mary Marter. Glen was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, and fishing. He held his family and grandchildren close to his heart.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Pauline Whitlock O'Fallon, one son, Rev. Donnie O'Fallon, wife Marsha of Weatherford, TX, four daughters, Wanda Andrews, Brenda Higginbotham, Glenda Giles all of Crossett, and Carol O'Fallon , companion Rick of Greenville, MS, two brothers, Rev. Bobby, wife Barbara O'Fallon of Bastrop, LA, and Willard, wife Barbara O'Fallon of Columbus, MS, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie O'Fallon and Rev. Bobby O'Fallon officiating. Arrangements by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
