Mrs. Georgia Earnestine Dunn, 85 of Parkdale, AR, died Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Chicot Memorial Medical Center in Lake Village, AR. She was a native of Portland and a lifelong Ashley County resident, a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Montrose, AR.

Mrs. Dunn was preceded in death by her husband Andrew "Buddy" Dunn, three sons: William Dunn, Henry Lee Dunn & Cleveland Moseby, her parents: Booker T. and Georgia Kilpatrick Washington, one brother, Marvin Washington, four sisters: Louise Washington, Beatrice Jenkins, Virginia Bealer and Viola Rogers. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, gospel songs and she loved her family.

She is survived by three sons: Charles Dunn, wife Doristine of Hamburg, AR, Clarence Burns, wife Helen of Parkdale, AR & Larry Dunn, wife Vivian of Dallas, TX, six daughters: Celia Davis, husband Willie of St. Louis, MO, Beatrice Dunn & Johnnie Dunn both of Parkdale, AR, Rose Watson, husband Charles and Evelyn Christian, husband James all of Bastrop, LA & Shirley Sherrer Williams of Sherwood, AR , six sisters, Mattie Hill, husband Leroy of Broadview, IL , Johnnie Armstong, Hazel Armstrong & Helen Jackson all of Little Rock, AR, Rose Long of Austille, GA, Ruth Ann Howell of Crossett, AR, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church, 203 E. Parker St., Hamburg with Rev. Louis Meadows, Jr., Rev. Robert Gaines, Rev. Kent Broughton, Rev. Steven Conley & Rev. Cecil Harvey, officiating. Active pallbearers are Charles Watson, Willie Davis, James Christian, Edward Block, Cleveland Moseby, Jr., Patrick Hawkins, Donovan Peoples and Henry Lee Dunn, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Eli Hugh Washington, Jr., Leroy Hill, George Washington, Thomas King, Demetrius Morgan and Charles Dunn. Burial in St. Marion Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
