Mr. George Wade Kellum, 80 of Hamburg, AR, died Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Ashley County Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, was an auctioneer, and was of the Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by one son, Hubert Kellum and his parents: Albert & Ola Vell Sherion Kellum. George was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting and buying and reselling items.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Georgia Knowels Kellum, two sons, George Kellum, Jr., wife Denise and Jimmy Kellum, wife Lisa all of Goodwill, LA, two daughters: Debra Albritton, husband Will of La Grange, TX, Amanda Kellum of Hamburg, AR, two brothers: Willard Kellum, wife Lois of Star City, AR & Doyle Kellum, wife Rhonda of Conway, AR, five sisters: Jean Crews, JoRene Leveritt, Dellazine Ogden & Elizabeth Phillips all of Hamburg, AR, and Sue Doshier, husband Bobby of Monticello, AR, six grandchildren: Bobby Wade Kellum, Christy Kellum, Amy Kellum, Angel Carpenter, Jamie Grice and Emma Albritton and a host of other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Friday, June 13, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joel Meredith and Bro. Michael Kelley officiating. Pallbearers are Marty Baker, Michael Doshier, Wade Doshier, Ronnie Nelms, Tommy Browning & Bradley Leveritt. Honorary pallbearers are Kenny & Chad Leveritt. Burial in Promise Land Cemetery.

Visitation Friday from 11-2 pm prior to funeral services at Cromwell Funeral Home.
