Mr. Fulton Dewain Johnson, age 88, of Hamburg, AR passed away Friday, January 27, 2017 at Crossett Rehabilitation and Health Center in Crossett, AR. He was a native of Crossett, a retiree of Georgia Pacific Plywood Mill, and a member of Martinville Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by two sons, Michael Patrick and Tommy Eugene Johnson, his parents, Henry Fulton and Chleo Sutton-Johnson, two brothers, Ralph and Alton Johnson, one sister, Lavern Perry, one grandson, Patrick Wayne Johnson, and one granddaughter, Brandi Lynne Wright. Mr. Fulton enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his grandchildren on his four-wheeler.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Dorothy Farmer-Johnson, four sons: Danny Johnson of Crossett, AR; Eddie Johnson wife Judy, Rodney Johnson, Jason Johnson wife Joy all of Hamburg, AR; two daughters: Barbara Lowery husband Arthur, Julie Coulter husband Ronny all of Hamburg, AR; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Services will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel, 600 East St. Louis Street, Hamburg, AR 71646 with Bro. Travis Roberts, officiating. Pallbearers are Jimmy Pamplin, Dusty Johnson, Brandon Coulter, Shawn Bates, Kenny Ray Carpenter, and Ronnie Wright. Burial in Arkadelphia Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 30, 2017 from 6:00PM- 8:00PM at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
