Obituary

Mrs. Eva "Honeybee" Williams, 72 of Lake Village, AR, formerly of Hamburg, AR, died Sunday, May 19, 2013 at St. Vincent Health Systems in Little Rock, AR. She was a native of Hamburg, AR. She owned Rays of Faith Bookstore in Lake Village and was a member of Woodson Temple Baptist Church.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her father, Thomas "Jack" Hubbard, five brothers: Thomas Jr., Robert, Frank, Danny Lee and Walter Hubbard, one sister, Florence "Dutt" Johnson. "Honeybee" was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Family was very important to her. She loved to cook and enjoyed going to church and singing in the choir.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Willie "Bill" Williams, one son, Danny Ray Jones of Lake Village, AR, one step-son, Willie Williams, Jr., wife Pearl of Parkdale, AR, four daughters: Carmen Jones, husband Rick of Monticello, AR, Sandra Knox of Killeen, TX, Terry Hubbard of Raleigh, NC, LaToya Mitchell, husband Anthony of Lake Village, AR, one step-daughter, Patrice Martin Stanley of Lake Village, AR, her mother, Annie Mae Cox Hubbard of Lake Village, AR, two brothers: Charlie Hubbard, wife Mary of Atlanta, GA & Freddie Hubbard, wife Ruby of Little Rock, AR, one sister, Claudette Tucker, husband Theodis of Lake Village, AR, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.

Funeral services are Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 11:00 am at Woodson Temple Baptist Church (Highway 165 South, Lake Village) with Rev. Curtis Spencer officiating. Pallbearers are Antoine Johnson, Emmitt Tyler, Ed McCree, Terry Johnson, Roy Porter & Barry Green. Honorary pallbearers are Cedric, Rick & Marcus Jones, Calvin Johnson, Victor Boose & David Lee Foster.
