Mrs. Ethel Mae Lewis, 81 of Crossett, AR passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. She was a native of Wilmot, AR, a resident of Crossett, AR for the past sixty-three years, a retiree of the Crossett School District where she worked in the cafeteria at the Daniel Middle School, and a member of First Baptist Church on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Crossett, AR.

She is preceded in death by her husband Hubert Willis "Tight" Lewis (May 1998); her parents: Robert Russell (March 2002) and Mary Ore (October 1993); three sisters: Yolanda Russell, Erma Lewis and Mattie Frye; two brothers: Howard Johnson and Andrew Russell. Ethel enjoyed her family, and cooking for her family, she also was a faithful worker in her church, loved crocheting and watching game shows on television.

She is survived by four sons: Andrew Tolbert of Warren, AR; Michael Lewis, wife Barbara of Boynton Beach, FL; Kevin Lewis, wife Jennett; Chris Lewis, wife Mary all of Dallas, TX; two daughters: Joann Tolbert-Yancy; Dianne Epton, husband Floyd all of Dallas, TX; two brothers: Robert Russell of Glendale, AZ; Lee Edward Russell of Little Rock, AR; twelve grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Services are 11:00AM Friday, April 1, 2016 at First Baptist Church on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Crossett, with Reverend Curtis Jackson, Sr., officiating. Pallbearers are Colangelo Tolbert, Devol Tolbert, Marcus Foreman, Varick Tolbert, Reiyan Lewis, Vincent Lewis, Leland Miller, and Patrick Thompson. Burial in Westview Cemetery.
