Ethel Louise Carr's Obituary
Mrs. Ethel Louise Carr, 81 of Crossett, AR, died Friday, November 8, 2013 at Ashley County Medical Center. She was a native of Bassett, AR, a Crossett resident for the past 53 years, a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Lane Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Nathan Carr, one daughter, Mary Ann Stanley, her parents, William Todd "W.T." & Fannie Farrish Brown, five brothers, Earl, Eugene, Ike, Bob & Sam Brown and two sisters, Lillie Wilson and Elvine Witt. Mrs. Carr enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, Oscar Lee Carr of Crossett, AR, Larry Stepp of Westpoint, MS, two daughters, Kathy Jones, husband Ted of Bastrop, LA, Caroline Glaser, husband Joe of Crossett, AR, ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives friends and loved ones.
Remains were cremated.
Memorial services will be held a later date.
