Erma Jean Perry, age 71 of Hamburg died Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Ashley County Medical Center. She was a native of Dumas but a resident of Hamburg most of her life. She was a member of Christ Temple Pentecostal Church.

She is preceded in death by her father George Eskridge and mother Alzora Harris Miller and stepfather Virgil Miller, five brothers Virgil Jr., LV, John L., Andrew and Elijah "Bobo" Miller 2016, two sisters Elizabeth Collins 2017, Grace Mae Brock 2019. Erma enjoyed working crossword puzzels, cooking and was a devoted mother to her children and family who will miss her loving care.

She is survived one son Dennis O'Neal Perry Jr. of Oakland, Ca., two daughters Leandell Miller and Cecelia Perry both of Oakland, Ca., four brothers Larry, Jerry, Nathaniel Miller all of Crossett and Lee Marvin Miller (Tonya) of Hamburg, four sisters Etherine Davis of Dumas, Verdell Briso, Janice Murphy and Juanita Miller all of Chicago, Il., four grandchildren Adrien Miller, Courtney Huggins, Todrick Gellington Jr., Jaeliawn Williams and one great grandchild.

Memorial service will be Sunday, February 14 at 2:00 P.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with the Bishop Alphonso Madden officiating.
