Ms. Erma Jean Duckery, age 70, of Los Angeles, CA passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at her residence. She was a native of Wilmot, AR, a former employee of Krispy Kreme, and a member of First A.M.E. (FAME) in Los Angeles.

She is preceded in death by one brother, Alvin Duckery. Ms. Erma loved visting her "Mom" every year in May for her Birthday and Mother's Day, just to cook "Mom" favorite dishes. Erma enjoyed playing cards, and listening to her favorite gospel group " Lee Williams and the Spititual QC's.

She is survived by one son, Melvin Reed of Los Angeles, CA; loving mother, Elizabeth Duckery of Wilmot, AR; six brothers: Sammie Butler wife Mary of Wilmot, AR; Marzell Morris wife Georgia of Parkdale, AR; Jerry Raino of Wilmot, AR; Albert Duckery of Prescott, AR; Johnny Milton wife Felicia of Fayetteville, AR; Calvin Ducker of Wilmot, AR; four sisters: Mary France Duckery of Wilmot, AR; Jewel Molette husband Derek of Compton, CA; Irene Duckery of Bellflower, CA; Dorothy Jean Brown of Crossett, AR; three special friends: Diane Austin, Rose O'Neal, Trina Butler, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Services will be held 11:00AM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, 3810 Hwy 52 E, Wilmot, AR 71676 with Rev. Freddie Lee Smith, officiating. Pallbearers are Charles Raino, Derek B. Molette, Jr., Derek B. Molette, Earl Moore, Clyde Ramey, and Wanye Mooney. Honorary Pallbearers are Sammie Butler, Marzell Morris, Jerry Raino, Albert Duckery, Johnny Milton, and Calvin Duckery. Burial in St. Martha Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 6, 2017 from 5:30PM-7:00PM at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
