Mr. Eric Sherral Woods, 44, of Fountain Hill, AR died Sunday, October 18, 2020 at his residence in Fountain Hill.  He was a lifelong resident of Fountain Hill and Ashley County, a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church and was a mason, member of Hamburg Lodge #232.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John E. Woods; his maternal grandmother, Helen Fisher; and his paternal grandparents, Levell Stanley, Sr. and Mable Stanley.  Eric enjoyed family gatherings, telling jokes and having fun, and playing Dominos.  He enjoyed deer hunting, football, baseball, and track.  The Dallas Cowboys were his favorite team.

He is survived by one son, Aaden Franklin, of Monticello, AR; his mother, Loretta Faye Woods, of Fountain Hill, AR; his father and stepmother, Levell Stanley, Jr. and Hazel Stanley, of Hamburg, AR; three brothers, Milton Johnson, of Atlanta, GA, Levell Stanley III (Melicia) of Portland, OR, and Kedric Woods (Whitney), of Crossett,AR; three sisters, LaShundra Stanley, of Hamburg, AR, Lekeita Hill and Renesha Stanley, both of Crossett, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Graveside service will be Saturday, October 24, 2020, 11:00 a.m., at Union Ridge Cemetery in Monticello, with Pastor Shalane Jenkins officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Jarvis Miller, Robert Wilson, Willie Fred Brock, Jimmy Ray Miller, Calvin Miller, and Andre Miller.

Visitation will be Friday, October 23, 2020, 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
