Mr. Eric Montreal Orange, age 39, of Wilmot, AR passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Chicot Memorial Medical Center in Lake Village, AR. He was a lifelong resident of Wilmot, attended University of Central Arkansas, an Assistant Manager of Fred's in Lake Village, and a member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Wilmot.

He is preceded in death by his father; Grover Penn. Mr. Orange was an avid sportsman who loved basketball, which he played at Hamburg High School. He also loved watching his favorite NFL team (New England Patriots), spending time with his family, traveling with his friends and being a disc jockey. Eric was full of life and loved people, especially children.

He is survived by his mother, Jessie M. Penn of Wilmot, AR; his fiancé: Alisa Stricklin of Wilmot, AR; one god-daughter: Miah White of Conway, AR; three brothers: Wilbert Brown wife Sandra, Edward Orange wife Shardell all of Little Rock, AR and Zachary O'Neal Orange of Hope, AR; three sisters: Sherron Days husband Orlando of Little Rock, AR; Wendy Johnson and LaTonion Milton husband Darnell all of Atlanta, GA; one special sister, Barbara Smith of Atlanta, GA; his dog Chloe and a host other family and friends who will miss him dearly.

Services will be held 11:00AM Saturday, October 29, 2016 at First Baptist Church, 428 Church Street, Wilmot, AR 71676 with Pastor Albert Fenceroy, officiating. Active Pallbearers are Randall Shelton, Ken Lawrence, Eric Moseby, Rodney Lewis, Gerald Haskin and Antwan Scott. Honorary Pallbearers are The Hamburg Class of 1995 and Marvin Mills. Burial in Second Baptist Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 28, 2016 from 5:30PM-7:30PM at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
