Obituary

Mrs. Edmonia Bell Greene, age 92, of Little Rock, AR died Sunday, February 13 , 2022 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was a native of Tillar, AR. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Zion Grove Worship Center in Little Rock, AR.

She is preceded in death by her husband Roger Greene; daughter Gwendolyn F. Greene; her parents Ferd and Anthonia Foote Givens; and brothers Ferd Givens Jr., Willie Givens, Monroe Washington; sisters Verlee Yancy, and Snowdy West.

She is survived by her sons Roger Greene Jr. and wife Shirley of Chicago, IL, Curtis E. Greene and Wendell Greene both of Little Rock, AR; daughters Evelyn C. Mickle and husband Cornelius of Schertz, TX, and Barbara Greene Smith of Little Rock, AR; a special daughter Barbara Faye Dunn of Little Rock, AR; sister Rosie Lee of Tillar, AR; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and 2 special friends Dr. Herman Taylor and Joseph Carlton.

Funeral Service 10 a.m. Saturday, February 19 at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel in Hamburg, AR with Pastor Stephen T. Robinson officiating. Pallbearers William Dreux, Loren Jackson Jr., Kahlil Franklin, Christopher Key, Calvin Key, Stephen Robinson II, Maurice Robinson II, Wendell Greene Jr., and Deryan King.

Burial to follow at the Montrose Cemetery.

Viewing 1:00-5:00 p.m. Friday, February 18 at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel.
