Dorothy Lee Caldwell, age 76 of Crossett, AR transitioned on Thursday February 8, 2024, at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR. She was a native of Parkdale, AR, but a resident of Crossett for over forty years, and a member of Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Caldwell was preceded in death by her husband Rev. William Caldwell Jr. (2008), one son Eddie Dean Caldwell (1992), parents Louis Bryant and Annie Mae Brown, three brothers Theo Amos, Willie Earl Bryant, and Billy Joe Bryant, and three sisters Cora Bell Brown, Vera Bryant, and Liza Mae Willis.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two sons William Caldwell III of Crossett, AR, Dennis Caldwell of Pine Bluff, AR, three daughters: Annie Hawkins of Hamburg, AR, Michelle Robinson of Crossett, AR, and Champagne Daniel "Dareon" of Crossett, AR, three stepsons: Albert Caldwell of Eudora, AR, Tommy Lee Caldwell "Marshell" of Crossett, AR, William John Caldwell "Carol" of Crossett, AR four stepdaughters: Cassie Griffin "Curtis" of Oakland, CA, Betty Weston of Eudora, AR, Doris Caldwell of Mesquite, TX, and Ruth Conley of Little Rock, AR, twenty-two grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services will be Saturday February 17, 2024, at Living Word Church Of God In Christ at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Murlee Carter officiating. Pallbearers are Isaac Collins, Lasedrick Collins, Demarcus Collins, Quinton Caldwell, Brandon Bryant, and Darmartress Collins. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home.
