Mrs. Dorothy Ann Brucks, 78 of Hamburg transitioned on Monday February 13,2023, at Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett. She was a native of Monroe, LA,  resident of Hamburg, AR for the past 6 years, she was a former resident of Wye Mountain, AR for several years. She was a homemaker, a member of the Church of Redemer, and former member of Wye Mountain Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, which she loved dearly, would help anyone in need, and watching forensic files and Dr. Phil.

She was preceded in death by her parents John D. Conville and Dorothy Dorman–Conville, a son Anthony Brucks, sister Jessie Conville. Mrs. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

She is survived by a daughter Christie Edwards "Jody" of Hamburg, 3 brothers John D. Conville Jr. "Faye" of Conway, AR, Jerry L. Conville, and Shelby Conville both of Monroe, LA, 3 grandchildren Alysa Brucks of Gardner, Ks ,Guy Cason, and Robert Carter "Allyson" both of Hamburg, AR.

Graveside service will be Thursday February 16, 2023, at 1 PM, Visitation will be 12:30-1 PM before service at Crossroad with Bro. Bob Whiteley officiating. Honorary Pallbearers Mr. Cory McLaughlin, Mr. Guy Cason. Robert Carter, John D. Conville, Joey Edwards, and Ms. Alysa Brucks. Burial will follow at Crossroad Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
