Mr. Dennis Wayne Cain, 56 of Crossett, AR, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at his residence in Crossett. He was a native of Oak Grove, LA, a resident of Crossett for the past five years, and a past resident of Fountain Hill, AR and Greenville, MS. Mr. Cain was a disabled truck driver and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed riding in the woods looking at the scenery, and he loved to fish.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Ida Sproles-Cain, two brothers, Charles and Willie Cain.

Survived by four brothers, A.D. Cain, wife Betty of Hamburg, AR, Clarence Cain, wife Patricia of Roll Fork, MS, Eugene Cain, wife Barbara of Arkadelphia, AR, Ernie Cain, wife Cathy of Tyler, TX, five sisters, Janette Wright of Crossett, AR, Joann Crabtree, husband Toney of Pelsor, AR, Inez Everett, husband Johnny of Tomball, TX, Louise Jones of Bastrop, LA, Marie Clowers, husband Jimmy of Lake Village, AR, and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Berlin Rd. with Bro. Danny Merriweather officiating. Pallbearers are Johnny Williams, Clint Gee, Cliff Gee, Robert Prescott, Doug Prescott, and Gary Cain. Honorary pallbearer is Jerry Jones. Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2012 from 6-8:00 P.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home. Burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
