Mrs. Cora Mae Couser, 81, of Crossett, AR died Thursday, January 23, 2020, at her home in Crossett.  She is a native of Mobile, Alabama but a resident of Crossett for 61 years, a former employee of the Hamburg Shirt Factory, and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton Couser; her son, Robert Martin; one grandson, Joshua Couser; her parents, Willie and Annie Mae Williams; two sisters, Annie Lee Norwood and Virgie Dean "Red Girl" Nickerson; and one brother, Charlie Williams.  Cora enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, and playing Dominos.

She is survived by four sons, Harvey Williams, wife Lisa, of Las Vegas, NV, Fred Haynes, wife Maxine, of Phoenix, AZ, Tony Couser and Derrick Couser, wife Teresa, both of Crossett, AR; two daughters, Audrey Tucker, husband Lawrence, and LaJetta Tate, husband Jeffrey, both of Crossett, AR; one brother, Willie Williams, Jr. of Mobile, AL; three sisters, Willie Mae Williams, of Mobile, AL, Ovetta Click and Edna Adams, both of Crossett, AR; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; her best friend, Rose Haynes, of Crossett, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 8, 2020, 11 a.m., at New Bethel Baptist Church, 309 N. Georgia Street Crossett, AR, with Pastor Fred Haynes officiating.  Active Pallbearers are Milton Gaston, Paul Tucker, Freddie Norwood, Ulish Haynes, Jr., Ronnie Rogers, and Jesse Tate.  Honorary Pallbearers are her sons and grandsons.  Burial in Westview Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2020, 5:30-7:00 p.m., at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
