Mr. Cleveland Ray Cromwell, 55 of Little Rock, AR, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. He was a native of Crossett, AR, a retired barber and beautician, and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Old Crossett Camp Community.
He is preceded in death by his parents Cleotha "Buddy" and Joyce Marie Girtman-Cromwell. Cleveland enjoyed fishing, dancing, music, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Erma Denise Logan-Cromwell; two stepsons: Ronald Smith of Little Rock, AR; and Carlton Logan, wife Keoyana of Crossett, AR; one stepdaughter: Denisha Smith-Scott of Little Rock, AR; one brother: Eld. James O'dell Cromwell, wife Carolyn of Fayetteville, NC; four sisters: Glenda Todd, husband Orlando of Slidell, LA; Terri Trotter-Cromwell of Dallas, TX; Carla Todd, husband Ronnie of Allen, TX; and Daphane Cromwell of Crossett, AR; eight step-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren, and a host of family, friends and loved ones.
Services are 3:00PM Saturday, March 5, 2016 at First Baptist Church on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Crossett, with Reverend Curtis Jackson, officiating. Pallbearers are Louis Kennedy, Bruce Wright, JP Wright, Antreal Lewis, Bryant Ussery, and Kenneth Lewis. Burial in Nimmons Cemetery.
