Mrs. Clantisteen Miller, 85, of the Longview Community in Ashley County, died Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at Arkansas Hospice in Little Rock, AR.  She was a lifelong resident of the Longview Community in Ashley County and a member of Mt. Peleum African Methodist Episcopal Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Miller; her parents, Moses and Alma Franklin; five sisters, Sallie Webb, Virginia Robinson, Selessie Smith, Callie Franklin, and Janice Williams; four brothers Steve, M.F., Willie, and Jimmy Franklin.  Clantisteen enjoyed attending church, studying her Bible, gardening, fishing, cooking, and working crossword puzzles.

She is survived by one son, Robert Miller, Jr. of Monticello, AR; one daughter, Martha Goodman, husband Jerry, of the Longview Community; eight grandchildren, Felissia Matthew, husband Tony, Patrick Miller, Andre Miller, Ladicia Miller, Tarsha Goodman, Peter Miller, Romoze Miller, and Yolanda Lambert; ten great-grand children; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.

Services will be Monday, September 24, 2018, at 11:00 A.M., at Mt. Peleum African Methodist Episcopal Church, 270 Prairie Chapel Road, Fountain Hill, AR, with Rev. Shalane Jenkins officiating.  Active Pallbearers are Andre Miller, Quintarian Barnes, Patrick Miller, P.J. Miller, Brandon Toatley, and Darien Smith.  Honorary Pallbearers are Jerry Goodman, Douglas Withers, Dennis Franklin, Harvey Franklin, Ramon Manning, and Don Franklin.  Visitation will be Sunday, September 23, 2018, from 5:00-6:00 P.M., at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc., in Hamburg, AR.

Burial will be at Mt. Peleum Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
