Christopher Careeve Haynes, 41 of Pine Bluff, AR, formerly of Crossett, AR, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in Stuttgart, AR. He was a native of Bastrop, LA, raised in Crossett, a Supervisor at Riceland in Stuttgart and a member of Highland Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
He is preceded in death by his mother Joyce Ann Haynes and one brother, Aaron Webb. Christopher loved his family, enjoyed working out and riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife of 4 years Bennetta Green-Haynes; his father: James Hampton, Jr., stepmother Maggie of Hamburg, AR; three sons: Marcus Haynes of Hamburg, AR; Tyland Love of Rockford, IL; Percy Smith of Pine Bluff, AR; five daughters: Nycole Haynes, Cortney Haynes, Yasmine Haynes all of Crossett, AR; Kenya Pugh, Maricia Bennett both of Pine Bluff, AR; five brothers: James Hampton III, Chris Hampton both of Arlington, TX; Steven Hampton of Fayetteville, AR; K.J. Harris of Killeen, TX; Kerry Brock of Las Vegas, NV; five sisters: LaTashia Dye, husband Dennis of Austin, TX; Verceolia Brown, husband Bruntron of Killeen, TX; Monica Carter, husband Darrell, Shaffie Miller, Talisha Simpson all of Crossett, AR, and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services are 1:00PM Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at New Bethel Baptist Church in Crossett with Reverend Christopher Mack, officiating. Pallbearers are Greg Smith, Sonny Lewis, Nakia Hawkins, Timothy Goree, Keith Williams and Tommy Wardlow. Honorary Pallbearers are Crossett High School Class of 1994 and the Employees of Riceland. Burial in Quinn Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 5:30PM-7:30PM at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
