Mr. Charles Howard Lewis, 60 of Lake Village, AR died Sunday, December 12, 2010 at the Chicot Memorial Hospital in Lake Village, AR. He was a native of Warren, AR but a resident of Lake Village. Mr. Lewis loved working in the church, working in his yard, talking and spending time with family. He was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a committed deacon for over 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Clementine Lewis; his parents: Cleveland Lewis and Clara Bell Martin; two brothers: Chester Neal and James Neal, Jr. and one sister Ada Jean Neal.
He is survived by one son: Jonathan Lewis of Lake Village, AR; three stepsons: Finis Williams and wife Zeola of North Little Rock, AR, Willie Patton, Jr. and wife Kimberly of Warren, AR, and Billy Ray Bell and wife Terry of Lake Village, AR; three stepdaughters: Virgie Childs of Lake Village, AR, Rosetta Green of San Jose, CA, and Marella Williams and husband Terrianus of Little Rock, AR; one brother: Oscar Heath and wife Alice of Detroit, MI; two sisters: Flossie Allison an Clara Faye Lewis both of Warren, AR; twenty-five grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 18, 2010 at 11:00A.M. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Lake Village, AR with Bro. Tyler Cain officiating. Interment will be at New Cemetery in Lake Village, AR under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
