Charles Levester Girtman's Obituary
Mr. Charles Levester "Boobie" Girtman, 55 of Crossett, AR died Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett.
Mr. Girtman was a native of Crossett but a former resident of Kansas City, Missouri for approximately 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Girtman and Mattie Brock, one brother, William Charles Brock, and one sister, Ruby Marie Perkins.
His survived by one daughter, Nicole Girtman of Kansas City, Missouri, two brothers, Roy Brock of Kansas City, Missouri and Glen Girtman of Virginia Beach, Florida and two sisters, Carolyn Webb of Crossett and Barbara Jordan of Albuquerque, New Mexico along with a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 11:00am at New Bethel Baptist Church in Crossett, AR under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home with Rev. Wilton Baines officiating. Interment at Westview Cemetery in Crossett.
Visitation will be Friday, January 28, 2011 at Cromwell Funeral Home from 6-7pm.
Pallbearers are Darby Webb, Doyle Webb, Derrick Webb, Darrell Webb, Fletcher Bentley, Jr. and Michael Girtman. Honorary Pallbearers are the Crossett High School Class of 1973 and The Crossett City Street and Sanitation Employees.
