Carolyn Paskel, age 73, of Crossett, AR, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022, at home surrounded by her family. She was a lifelong resident of Crossett, a homemaker, and of the Baptist faith. Ms. Paskel was a devoted mother, and grandmother. She loved to fish, dance, garden, and she especially loved family gatherings.

Ms. Paskel was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, L.V. Buddy Paskel (2018), a daughter, Funtella Davis, her parents, James and Elnora Webb, a brother, James Webb Jr., and one sister Ella Ruth Brown.

She is survived by one son, L.V. "Bo Jam" Paskel "LaQucia", two daughters, Tunna Paskel "Greg" and Carolyn Robinson "William", four brothers, Elbert Webb "Birthola," Troy Lee Webb "Patsy," Leonard Webb "Katherine," all of Crossett, Donnie Webb of Warren, AR, four sisters, Emma Webb, Dorothy Smith, Crossett, Mary Jane Ivory "Lester" of Haynesville, LA., Maggie Hampton "James", of Hamburg, AR, a special niece, LaTasha Boyette of Crossett, twenty grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be Friday September 16, 2022, at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel 5:30PM-7:00PM. Funeral service is Saturday, September 17, 2022, 11AM at Mt Olive Baptist Church in North Crossett. Reverend Murlee Carter and Pastor Quintin Radford officiating. Pallbearers are SaQuan Mason, DeVacio Villings, Troy Webb, Cris Hampton, Terez Thrower, James Adams. Honorary Pallbearers are LaCario Paskel, Rodney Brown, Jermon Paskel, Andre Davis, Christopher Bailey, Quan Hampton. Burial at Westview Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg.
