Carl Lee Jenkins, 54, of Hamburg, (Milo Community), AR, transitioned Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Comfort Care Center in Little Rock, AR.  He was a native of Ashley County, a truck driver, a member of the NAACP, and of the Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elder Leetell and Leona Franklin Jenkins, a brother, Lee Terry Jenkins, and a sister, Delores Jenkins.  Carl loved to tell jokes and make people laugh.  He also enjoyed playing basketball, and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by a son, Shomarie Page of Hamburg, AR, a daughter, Gailbriel and husband Rickshard Henderson of Waxahachie, TX, , one brother, Leetell Jr. and wife Dorothy Jenkins of Fountain Hill, AR, one sister, Barbara Jenkins of Hamburg, AR, four grandchildren, Brenden, Brentley and Sunday Page, and Sage Henderson, and several other relatives and friends.

Visitation is Sunday, February 9, 2025, 5:00-6:00 P.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home.  Funeral service is Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Christ Temple Church in Hamburg, AR, with Overseer Melvin Foster officiating.  Pallbearers are Calvin Miller, Harvey Jenkins, James Adams, Greg Davis, Samuel Jenkins, Jr., and Joe Miller. Honorary pallbearers are Hamburg High School Class of 1988. Burial in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
