Mr. Calvin James Brown, 45 of Wilmot, AR, died Sunday, April 4, 2010 in Eudora, AR. He was a lifelong resident of Wilmot, AR, and oxygen checker for Bayou Self Bass Fish Farm and a member of Union Baptist Church in Wilmot.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Willie and Dora Smith Brown, three brothers: Willie Jr., Lee Edward and Tommie Brown and one sister, Janie Mae Robinson.

He is survived by three sons" Calvin James Brown, Jr., of Wilmot, AR, Otis Carolina of Kansas City, MO and Kendale Brown of Eudora, AR, two daughters: Markisohn "Clifford" Edwards & Laquianda Brown of Bossier City, LA, five brothers: Hosey "Kathay" Brown of Crossett, AR, Johnny Mack "Jean" Brown and Billy Ray "Dorothy" Brown all of Crossett, AR, Donnie Brown of Pine Bluff, AR and Donald Brown of Wilmot, AR, four sisters: Daisey Stokes of Los Angeles, CA, Carolyn Stanley & Mary McAdoo both of Wilmot, AR, and Gerdie "Kenneth" Goodwin of Gary, IN, and five grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Darren McAdoo, Randy Brown, Troy Stanley, Jr., James Curry, Lamar Robinson and Stanley James. Honorary pallbearers are the Wilmot High School Class of 1983.

Funeral services are Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Union Baptist Church with Rev. David Green, officiating. Visitation Wednesday, April 7 from 6-8 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
