Burt Allen Gilbert's Obituary
Mr. Burt Allen Gilbert, 49 of Crossett, AR, died Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at CHG Cornerstone Hospital of Little Rock. He was born on February 20, 1965 in Herrin, IL, was a log truck driver and was of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded death by his parents, Gary Dean and Cheechie Mae Mitchell Gilbert. Burt enjoyed spending time with his family and playing cards. More than anything else, he loved his quiet time. He always wanted peace and quiet.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Melody Gilbert, two daughters, Cheechie Gilbert and Kathrine Gilbert, two brothers, John & Steven Gilbert, one sister, Loura Gilbert, two grandchildren, Selena & Lucas Hallman all of Crossett, AR, and a host of other loved ones and friends.
Remains were cremated.
Memorials may be given to the charity of your choice.
