Bobbie Jean Miller, age 84 of Ft. Hill, transitioned from this life on December 28, 2017 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. She was a native of Lacey, AR but a resident of Ft. Hill.  She was a retired certified nurse's assistant and a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Ft. Hill.

She was preceded in death by her husband Louis Edward Miller II; four sons, Louis Edward III, Dwain Lee, Jimmy Ray and Charles Levelle Miller; parents, Roy and Maggie Grays; eight brothers, Bailey, Joe Lee, Isaac, Nunnie 'Sam', BJ, Shelby, Burl and Charles Grays; five sisters, Geneva Simpson, Vera Johnson, Jackie Brooks, Christine Patterson and Nancy Ann Grays.  Mrs. Bobbie loved her church and family.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing and quilting.

She is survived by two sons, Jerry Miller (Mae Lee) of Monticello, AR and Bobby Ray Miller (Gwen) of Ft. Hill, AR; five daughters, Lillie Simpson (A.C.) of Monticello, AR, Cathy Miller of Monticello, AR, Lecinda and Melinda Miller of Dallas, TX and Barbara Hamilton of Ft. Hill, AR; two brothers, Roy Grays, Jr. (Alma) and Johnny Ray Withers (Peggy) of Los Angeles, CA; one sister, Gracie Matheney of Los Angeles, CA; twenty one grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Services will be 11:00AM on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Ft. Hill, AR with Rev. Shalane Jenkins officiating.  Burial in Lacey Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Patrick Miller, Curtis Simpson, Shawn Keith, Jarvis Miller, Jerry Miller, Jr., Jimmy Ray Miller, Marcus Miller and Dontrell Pippen.  Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Ray Miller, Jerry Miller, Edward Charles Grays, Wyndel Sasser, Ray Johnson, Jr., Brandon Miller and Deion Smith.  Visitation is Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
