Billy Ray Shaver, 78 of Fountain Hill, AR died Friday, May 27, 2022, at his residence. He was a native of Lake, Village, AR, and a member of Fountain Hill Methodist Church. He was a retired timber worker, a former firefighter for the City of Hamburg, and former owner of Radford Street Washateria in Hamburg.

He was preceded in death by his wife of thirty-four years, Ijuana Joy Shaver (2018), stepdaughter, Tennie Aiken (2015), his parents, Harrison and Hortense Berry Shaver, two brothers, David 'Buddy' Shaver, and William 'Sonny' Shaver, and one sister, Margaret Oliver. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and an avid outdoors person who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was member of the Shaver & Daughtery Hunting Club for approximately forty-five years. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and Gunsmoke. He was a kind and generous man who volunteered taking the elderly to doctor's appointments in his own vehicle and at no charge. He loved his family with all his heart and soul and was always lending a helping hand.

He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Michael and wife Jayme Shaver of Bentonville, AR, a stepdaughter, Belinda Davis of Byrdstown, TN, one brother, Harrison Shaver, Jr. of Hamburg, AR, four sisters, Marie and husband Billy Ray Edwards, Dollie Savage, Debbie and husband Gerald Wayne Birchfield all of Fountain Hill, AR, and Betty Kelley of Hamburg, three grandchildren, Dalton and Braydon Shaver and Maddy Smith.

Memorial services will be Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M.
