Billy Ray Moore age 67 of Wilmot, Ar. died Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Southeast Arkansas Medical Center in Eldorado, Ar., he was a lifelong resident of Wilmot, an employee of the City of Wilmot Maintenance Department and a member of Morning Star Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Willie Mae Vine Moore; four brothers, Ladell, Don, Joe, and Harvey Moore; Five sisters, Virginia, Betty, Dorothy and Maydell Moore and Willie Ruth Everett. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed football and basketball also traveling and fellowshipping with his friends, he enjoyed working on cars and attending family gatherings.

He is survived by a son, Kendrick Woods(Deangela) Bastrop, La., a daughter, Keenya Davis, Kansas City, Mo., five brothers, Henry Moore(Beulah), Robert Moore(Shirley), James Moore(Francis), and Charles Moore all of Kansas City, Mo., four sisters Versie Mae Houston, Mary Jean Smith, Tommie Lee Moore, Katie Allison all of Wilmot, Ar., seven grandchildren, Paris, Keangela, Keairah, Khamrie and Kalyiah Woods also Joslyn and Javion Davis and one great grandchild.

Funeral service Friday, January 15, 2021 at 1 p.m. on the campus of Union Baptist Church., 305 S. Church St., Wilmot, Ar., with Reverend Albert Fenceroy officiating.

Burial in St. Martha Cemetery

Pallbearers: Hubert Ray Smith, Kenneth Smith, Paul Strickland, Anthony Ruff, Paris Woods, Robert Penn.
