Billie Frances Maxwell, age 83,  of Crossett, AR passed away Monday, November 29, 2021 at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Wallers Chapel United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Kenneth Maxwell; an infant son; and parents Roy Leo Lemons and Opal Westfall Lemons.

She is survived by three sons Billy Fred, Roy Eugene, and David Earl Maxwell all of Crossett, AR; two daughters Becky (Danny) Sydoriak and Melissa (Wendell) Deal all of Crossett, AR; one brother Roy Leo (Connie) Lemons Jr. of Strong, AR; one sister Faye (Eldon)  Barbre of Nashville, AR; nine grandchildren Trey and Daylan Deal, Krystal Elmore, Gina Savage, Ron Harris, Jessica Pennington, Whitney Barfield, Courtney White, and Adam Sydoriak; fifteen great- grandchildren; three  great-great grandchildren; and host of other family members and friends.

Services 2 pm Wednesday December 1, 2021 at Wallers Chapel United Methodist Church of Crossett, AR with Bro. Toby Austin officiating. Pallbearers Ron Harris, Dawson Harris, Dakota Austin, Cliff Pennington, Brad Barfield, and Steven White. Honorary Pallbearers, grandchildren.

Burial to follow at Carlock Cemetery in Hamburg, AR.
