Obituary

Mrs. Betty Jane Stanley, 72 of Hamburg, AR died Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett, AR. She was a native of Lake Village but a resident of Hamburg most of her life. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Eden Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by one daughter: Betty Fran Stevens; her parents: Lee and Nancy Ann Seigler Trigleth; three sisters: Susie Salter, Dollie Edwards, and Sally Sandfer; one brother: Billy Trigleth; and one stepbrother: J.W. Mason.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Odell Stanley of Hamburg, AR; two sons: Wayman Odell Stanley of Hamburg, AR and Allen Stanley and wife Paula of Crossett, AR; one daughter: Rita Caine and husband Stephen of Hamburg, AR; one brother: Caleb Trigleth and wife Iris of Eudora, AR; one sister Martha Ann Baker of Michigan; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 3, 2010 at 11:00A.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Keith Hicks officiating. Active pallbearers are Christopher Choate, Logan Stevens, Eric Stevens, J. P. Malloy, Patrick Stanley, and Waylon Caine. Honorary pallbearer is Jess Choate. Visitation will be Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 6:00-8:00P.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home. Interment will be at Simms Cemetery in Crossett under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association 909 West Second Little Rock, AR 72201.
