Betty Gean Dunn age 64, of Monticello, AR., passed away Sunday July 30, 2023, at her home in Monticello surrounded by her family. She was a native of Portland, AR., and resident of Monticello for six years. Mrs. Dunn was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant and a member of Brown Temple Baptist Church. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Betty enjoyed cooking, fishing, shopping, traveling, most of all spending time with her family, and friends having an enjoyable time.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lumpkin Dunn Jr. (2019), parents George and Flossy Marie Henderson-Robinson, brother Leon Cummings, three sisters Mary Lancaster, Catherine Ollison, and Pallee Hall.

She leaves to cherish her memories; one son Trent Wilson wife Edwina of White Hall, AR., two daughters Teressa Gilmore husband Franklin of Montrose, AR., Kimberly McKnight husband Jamael of Monticello, AR., six brothers Larry Robinson of Montrose, Louis Robinson of Portland, AR., Willie Robinson of Little Rock, AR., J.W. Robinson wife Essie of Crossett, AR., Rev. Thurman Robinson wife Tasha of North Little Rock, AR., and Tommie Lee Robinson of Monticello, one sister Diane Collins husband Eddie of Coleman, AR., eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at Brown Temple Baptist Church Saturday August 5, 2023, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Kentrell Woods officiating. Pallbearers are Clarence Collins, Sidney Collins, Eddie Collins Jr., Johnny Hall, Michael Collins, and Willis Robinson. Active Pallbearers are Kaveon Simmons, Xavier Robinson, Jawann McKnight, Deandre Robinson, Trey Robinson, and Armani Walters. Burial will follow at Portland #2 Cemetery, Portland, AR.
