Obituary

Mr. Arthur Douglas Andrews, 58 died Sunday, September 26, 2010 at his home in Crossett, Arkansas. He was a lifelong resident of Crossett. He was a veteran of the United States Army and an employee of the Georgia Pacific Paper Mill. Mr. Andrews was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also loved the Arkansas Razorbacks.

He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Woods Andrews.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years: Wanda O'Fallon Andrews; two sons: John Douglas Andrews and Glenn Allen Clark both of Crossett; three daughters: Nikki Foster and husband Shannon of Dardanell, Arkansas, Alicia Morris and husband Tim of Redfield, Arkansas, and Amy Switzer of Houston, Texas; his mother: Hazel Townsend of Crossett; one brother: Roger Andrews of Crossett; one sister: Donna McKenzie and husband Donnie of Crossett; eight grandchildren: Alayna and Kaydence Andrews, Georgeanna and Karley Rivers, Austin Morse, Brice Hodge, Chance Sharpe, and Kaleb Murphy; one great grandchild Gatlin DeBoer; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Second Baptist Church in Crossett at 2:00P.M. with Bro. Travis Roberts officiating. Pallbearers are John Key, Tommy Rivers, Wayne Doddson, Chris McKenzie, Donnie McKenzie, and Allen Bates. Interment will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society 901 N. University Avenue Little Rock, Arkansas 72207.
