Ms. Arma Jean Woods, 65, of Montrose passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at her home in Montrose.  She was a lifelong resident of Montrose, a minister and a community activist.  She was a member of Full Gospel Outreach Ministry.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elder Huey P. Woods; four brothers, William, Kenneth, Christopher, and Clarence Woods; and one sister, Mary Lee Woods.  Arma was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She was always trying to help any and every one she could.  She had a heart full of love and a willingness to give and help others, she loved people.  Arma worked very faithfully in her church and community.

She is survived by one son, Sharod Blakely, of Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Timiko Gray, husband Kenneth, of Conway, AR, and Lakeshia Johnson, husband Stacy, of Webster, TX; her mother, Tretha Woods of Montrose, AR; three brothers, Elder Jack Woods, wife Ethel, of Montrose, AR, Elder Ray C. Woods, wife Yvonne, of Hamburg, AR, and John Woods, wife Rosetta, of Portland, AR; two sisters, Evelyn Woods, of Montrose, AR and Esther Moseby of  Lawton, OK; six grandchildren, Kenneth Gray III, Kyra Gray, Adrianna Blakely, Raven Davis, Tyesha Blakely, and Darien Johnson; three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Service will be Saturday, August 17, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at Full Gospel Outreach Ministry, 909 W. Parker Hamburg, AR, with Elder Jack Woods officiating.  Pallbearers are Edward Moseby, Larry Ford, Allan Whited, Kenneth Gray, Sr., Eric Moseby, Jesse Mitchell, John Ware, and Herman "Bo" Curtis.  Honorary Pallbearers are Earl Moseby, Jr., Stacy Johnson, Cedric Poole, Kenneth Gray, Jr., Kenneth Gray III, Daren Johnson, John Woods, Jr., Kenny Woods, and Jack Woods, Jr.  Burial in Montrose Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, August 16, 2019, 5:30-7:00 p.m., at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
