Mrs. Aquettia Hampton, 50, of Crossett, died Thursday, December 10, 2009, at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado. She was a native of Jonesboro, AR, a homemaker, and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Sanders, grandmothers, Lucille Murphy and Margaret Kendall. She is survived by her husband, Cedric Hampton, one son, Tyrone Ruffin, of Jacksonville, AR, one daughter, Lena Ruffin of Jonesboro, AR, one stepson, Cedric Hampton, Jr., her parents, Robert & Iona Jean Burns of Jonesboro, AR, one brother, Robert Burns, Jr., of Dallas, TX, three sisters, Rhonda Perkins of Dallas, TX, Vickey Ann Wilson of Jonesboro, AR, and Margaret Bond of Jonesboro, AR, and six grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services are planned for Saturday, December 19, 2 p.m., at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness; 402 W. Pierce St., Crossett, AR. Arrangements by Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
