Alma Rose Sayger, 84 of Crossett, AR, transitioned Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Stonegate Villa Health and Rehabilitation. She was a native of Portland, AR, but a resident of Hamburg, AR, a retired Licensed Practical Nurse, and a member of North Crossett First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rose Mary Sayger, son, Buster Allen Sayger, Jr., two brothers, Walter White and Jake White, one sister, Mary McCormick, and her parents, Oliver Meade and Ira Land White. Mrs. Sayger was an avid quilter, and she enjoyed sewing and reading.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Buster Allen Sayger, Sr., three daughters, Paula Ann and husband Keith Summerland, Vickey Lynn and husband Dean Fairchild all of Hamburg, AR, and Loretta Waurine and husband Brandon Powell of Crossett, AR, thirteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, and several other relatives and friends.

Visitation is Monday, December 15, 2025, 11:00 AM at North Crossett First Baptist Church. Funeral service is Monday, December 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM at North Crossett First Baptist Church with Bro. Robin Allen officiating. Pallbearers are Michael Terrell, Ethan Sayger, Ricky Sayger, Cole Sayger, Tyler Fairchild, and J. C. Ross.  Burial in Rolfe Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
