Mr. Allen Wallace, 73, of Hamburg, AR, died Friday, July 1, 2011 at his brother's residence in Hamburg. He was a Hamburg native and a former 25 year resident of Bastrop, LA. He was a retiree of Stufful Chemical Plant in Bastrop, and a member of Epistles of God Church of Deliverance. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Celestine Johnson Wallace, his second wife, Valonia Martin Wallace, his parents, Louis and Minnie Shaw Wallace, and two sisters, Otha Mae Benson and Lillian Alexander.

He is survived by one brother, Thomas Wallace, wife Charlene of Hamburg, AR, two god-children, Cynthia Pugh Taylor & Tammy Johnson both of Bastrop, LA, and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services are Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10:30 am at Epistles of God Church of Deliverance with Pastor Mary Arnold officiating. Pallbearers are Andre Benson, Glen Stanley, Johnny Stanley, Harris Martin, Tyrece Martin and Hollis McQuay. Honorary pallbearers are Lewis Wallace, Ben Wallace, Bobby Alexander, Joe Haynes, Leon Martin, Andrew Martin, Freddie Clark, Cleveland Sellers, Freddie Benson, Morris Richardson, Scott Benson, Jimmy Wallace, Patrick Wallace, and the T.W. Daniel High School Class of 1956. Visitation Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 5-6 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
