Alice Maxine Shaw, age 81, died Monday April 24, 2023, at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. She was a native of Hamburg, but a resident of Little Rock for forty-seven years. Ms. Shaw was of the Methodist faith and a retired daycare operator. She loved her children and was a devoted mother and grandmother, who also loved people and enjoyed socializing.

She was preceded in death by her husband Norman Shaw, parents Henry and Lucy Mae Tucker-Mason, brother Jimmy Tucker, sister Nadine Hubbard, two grandsons Jason Morgan and Brent Martin, great- granddaughter Rani Jenkins, and an infant great-granddaughter Angel Jenkins.

She is survived by a son Berryl Tucker wife Ginnie of Little Rock, AR., three daughters Jacqueline E. Morgan and Anita S. Morgan both of Hamburg, AR., Crystal Lynnette Tucker of Little Rock, AR., three brothers Cal Tucker, Chris wife Katherine, and James Tucker all of Hamburg, AR., three sisters Sue Gibbs of Jena, LA., Annette Davis of Winfield, LA., and Marva Jo Gumbel husband Alan of Memphis, TN., four grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be Saturday April 29, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel. The visitation will be 10:00-11:00 AM an hour before the service with Sister Sue Gibbs officiating. Pallbearers Greg Gibbs, Henry Gibbs, Chancellor Jenkins, Chan Tucker, Corey Paskel, and Cal Tucker. The burial will be in Johnson Memorial Cemetery Hamburg, AR under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
