Mrs. Agnes "Angela" Lanet Smith, age 45 of Crossett, AR, died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at her residence in Crossett. She was born in Las Vegas, NV, raised in Crossett and the White Station Community, a member of the Living Word C.O.G.I.C., and a former employee of the Crossett School District. Angela loved her family, she enjoyed fishing, and working in her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis Lee and Shirley Mae Tucker-Thompson.
She is survived by her husband of twelve years, Mark Smith, two daughters, Randi Aaliy Dupre, and Martasia Smith both of Crossett, six brothers, Eddie Earl, wife Glennda of Dallas, TX, Grady Roy, Donald, Dennis, wife Rosland, Kim, and Terry Thompson all of Crossett, AR, two sisters, Delshia Thompson of Crossett, AR, and Estrelita Thompson of Kansas City, MO, and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral services are Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Living Word C.O.G.I.C. with Eld. Joe Mason officiating. Visitation is Monday, April 2, 2012 from 6-8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Keith Martin, Ronald Rogers, Dennis Tucker, Darrell Gilbert, Greg Smith, and Darrell Carter. Honorary pallbearer is Crossett High School class of 1986. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
