Mrs. Adelle Said, 72 of Crossett, AR, died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. She was a native of Crossett, had spent most of her life in Texas, California and Washington, and had lived in Crossett for the past six months.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Laura Brown Johnson, one brother, Clifton Johnson. She loved listening to gospel music, sewing and crocheting.

She is survived by one sister, Ruby Girtman of Crossett, AR, three brothers, Clemmie J. Johnson of Bastrop, LA, Clarence Johnson, Jr. and Sherwood Johnson of Friendswood, TX, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.

Funeral services are Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 1:00 pm at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jessie Radford, officiating. Pallbearers are Melvin Nalls, Wayne Bridges, Mario Brown, Carl Miles, Devins Baker & Kyron Norman. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
