Abbie Bell Winemiller, 77, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2017 at Dermott City Nursing Home.

Abbie was born September 14, 1939 in Rhower, AR to Albert and Ellen Carr-Boyd. She lived in and around McGehee throughout her life.  She was the retired owner of Turn Row Liquor Store in Arkansas City.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be greatly missed.

She was married to Donald R. Mankin, Sr. until his death in 1970. They had three children together.  She was married to Robert "Bob" Winemiller in 1972 until his death in 1997.

She was also preceded in death by a son, William "Willie" Mankin; her parents, Albert and Ellen Carr-Boyd; two brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by one son, Donald R. Mankin, Jr. of Jonesboro, AR; one daughter, Belinda Clemons of Martin, TN; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one sister, and a host of other family and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Dermott City Nursing Home for their care and devotion.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
